Andrew AshboltManaging Director
Andrew Ashbolt (Managing Director) co-founded Arrow Funds Management in 2011. He has extensive experience in the agriculture sector having been directly involved in a wide range of primary industries for over 40 years. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he was previously an Executive Director with Tasmanian listed agricultural company Webster Limited from 1982 to 2004. He has had direct exposure to the management of a number of horticultural operations including almonds, walnuts, citrus, mangoes, table grapes, olives and glass house operations. He has managed agricultural property funds since 2004, including the Arrow Primary Infrastructure Fund since 2010.
Matthew ReidNon-Executive Director
Matt Reid (Director) has had a 30 year career across a number of industries both in Australia and overseas with Executive roles in Corporate Finance and Real Estate Advisory. His key fields of specialty are corporate finance and property having managed corporate and private equity transactions for global clients, end to end equity raising, IPOs and M&A. Matt has over 10 years Board of Directors experience with Arrow Funds Management and has also worked with small and emerging businesses such as Grill’d Group, Bayley Stuart Capital and Eildon Capital Group.
Murray JonesNon-executive Director
Murray Jones (Director) is a risk and compliance specialist with over 30 years’ service. His expertise encompasses investment management, superannuation and insurance. He is the managing director of Compliance & Risk Services Pty Ltd, a company he founded in 2002 which provides services to financial institutions including funds managers, superannuation trustees, financial advisers and private equity. He has acted as an independent expert under ASIC enforceable undertakings, chaired institutional compliance committees and acted as a responsible manager for AFS licences. He is currently a non- executive director of Diversa Trustees Ltd. He previously held senior roles with National Mutual/AXA Group and worked for the Australian Securities Commission.
