Our Philosophy
Arrow utilises its long-term experience in Australian agriculture and horticulture to identify those primary industries in which Australia has a competitive advantage with sustainable, long-term prospects. We then identify properties that are strategically located, with leading operational management, who together are capable of performing in the top quartile of their industry. Arrow's Fund is an unlisted property trust which owns leading primary industry properties and associated infrastructure. We lease our properties on long-term (triple net) leases under which the tenant pays all operating costs, all holding costs (e.g. rates & insurance) and repairs & maintenance. We are active managers of our properties and work closely with our tenants via regular reviews and strategic improvements to ensure each property's long-term value. Arrow's interests are very much aligned with our investors, with our management team and their associates owning more than 10% of units in the Arrow Primary Infrastructure Fund.We do not believe in industry diversification or growth in AUM (assets under management) for the sake of it; that path will almost certainly lead to reduced investor returns. We are a niche investor, limiting our investments to the few industries and properties that meet our stringent criteria. Our aim is to provide Arrow's investors with a sustainable, consistent distribution of income together with capital appreciation as a result of value-adding capex and increases in property and industry values.
Our Team
The Arrow management team is headed by Andrew Ashbolt (Co-founder and Managing Director), Brad Dichiera (Portfolio Manager) and Sandra Schwartz (Accountant).
