Arrow Funds Management is a specialist agricultural property fund manager based in Melbourne, operating under AFSL No. 439095It is the Responsible Entity of the Arrow Primary Infrastructure FundThe Fund owns 22 major agricultural properties located throughout Australia, with total assets in excess of $430 million. The Fund's portfolio includes poultry farms, almond and macadamia orchards, dried fruit vineyards, a mango orchard & packing facility, an organic glasshouse and a pig grow-out facility. Properties are leased to leading Australian primary production companies on long-term leases.
Arrow's most recent project has been the development of a large scale macadamia orchard called "Boombera Park" at Lawrence in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. Investors in the Fund own quality Australian agricultural assets underpinning leading and sustainable industries, without direct exposure to the volatility normally associated with direct agricultural investments. Under Arrow's management, the Fund has achieved an investment return of 17.99% per annum over the 10 years to 31-Dec-2024.Distributions are paid quarterly to the Fund's 500+ investors.
